Problems Problems and more problems

I think is 3.5 not sure where can I check this,
I use photocrati for my galleries and website template, and lately i can no longer upload any images on a new gallery, so photocrati sent me some steps, on uploading new theme into wp, when i try to do this message comes up:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
