    HI, we use WooCommerce to allow people to subscribe to a page on our website. We gave some people free access for 3 months. When that expires, I want them to be able to re-register for a paid licence, but the system keeps saying they already have an account under that email or user id. I have tried to delete them under the membership and customer sections, but I can’t seem to get rid of them. PLs help.

    Hello @dollydeb What you are doing and what you want to do are two different things. Standard role for WordPress is Subscriber. It does not make them a Subscription kind though. For that you’ll need to configure your subscription app. I see you’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions. In there users can sign up, you can dictate the trial period and then it’ll automatically convert to a paid subscription.

    Which is looks like you have done. I think it best you submit a ticket to WooCommerce Subscriptions since this forum is only for WooCommerce core and Subscriptions is a paid for app. Support is free over there as well.

    You have to click the Register button @ckadenge and then if you use Wappalyzer you’ll see she’s using WooCommerce Subscriptions. Go to this page to avoid clicking the register button and then you’ll see.

    Hi – looks like I need to connect the store before i can raise a question there, I am just going around in continuous circles.

    Is there any guidance on how to do that? So that I can then ask the question above and start again?

    Not necessarily. If you have a purchase code or Id the team will help you any way they can. Also there are so good informative videos on YouTube like this guy here and others.
