    Hi,
in a blog I use Relevanssi (thank you so much for this plugin!) and TablePress. The content of the tables is indexed and search words which are a part of TablePress are found. But if you click in the search results on the link to the detailed search result, there is only a white page. When I deactivade Relevanssi, everything works fine.

    This is the blog: http://www.ditzum-touristk.de

The search field is in the seft sidebar. Try to look for ‘edeka’ and you see what I mean. If you copy the link of the search result and put it in the brower line, the page opens normally.

What can I do? Thank you for your help in advance and sorry for my bad English.

Try disabling the highlighting on the post pages.

Hi Mikko, thank you for your answer! The disabling of the highlighting helps.

Will there be an update to fix this? The highlightning on the post pages is a very useful feature. Or is this a problem of TablePress? On pages without TablePress tables everything works fine, even with enabled highlighting.

Highlighting on posts is a bit of a flaky feature; I’m not sure if it’s possible to fix this. I’ll have to investigate.

    Thank you, Mikko.

    Hi Mikko,
    I have the same problem.
How to ‘disabling the highlighting on the post pages’ ?
    Is it part of RELEVANSSI?
    Pl help me.

It is a Relevanssi setting, see the Relevanssi settings for custom excerpts and highlighting.

I UN-TICKED all options under SEARCH HIGHLIGHTING and selected NO HIGHLIGHTING. Under Custom SNIPPETS, Custom results snippets is TICKED.
I’m also using BETTER SEARCH in-conjunction with RELEVANSSI.
When I searched for one of then column/row data from TABLE-PRESS, it is still not showing-up in the SEARCH results.

Pathuri, you can’t use both Better Search and Relevanssi at the same time, you need to choose one.

    I might be wrong,
but as per the below report dated : December 12th, 2012
    http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wordpress-search/
    In conclusion it says that,
“The Relevanssi plugin, along with the Better Search and WP Search look to improve relevancy, and that, in my opinion, is the biggest and most basic improvement needed.”
You are the best judge in this regard.
My observations, when used relevanssi, along with the better search
    1) Results are properly formatted and displayed on a user defined page
    2) I did try disabling better search, but some how I found that, better search improved the results to some extent
The above are my observations only, and need to be verified by other users as well.

The quote doesn’t mean you can use all those plugins at the same time.

    You are right!
    Thanks for the reply.
