Problems to create new sites

Hello,

I installed my WordPress 3.5.1 multisite in:

http://glossalengua.com/en/

I did it in the “en” folder, as I want to create more versions (es,fr,nl), and I want the EN version to be visible in the URL.

But now when I started to create the sites in that new languages, the option I have is:

http://glossalengua.com/en/____ << and the language I want

But what I wanted to create is:

http://glossalengua.com/fr/

Any solution to it?

I want to leave the root folder (http://glossalengua.com) empty, to put a language landing page, or a forward to the different directories depending browser language used (php file I have).
