I’m using Awesome Support as part of the ‘dashboard’ in a client portal site I’m setting up for myself. Adding the ‘[tickets]’ shortcode to a standard page works fine, however if I use this shortcode as part of a ‘tabbed’ interface (the ‘Tab’ block I’m using is from the Spectra plugin – formerly known as Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg, by Brainstorm Force ) the ticket title is missing and there’s an extra column showing labeled ‘Message’ that shouldn’t be there.

Kinda goes without saying … there’s some kind of bug going on here and I’m really hoping you’ll be able to help get this resolved ASAP.

Realized I forgot to mention, there’s nothing showing in the logs at all.

An update on this issue … I was thinking maybe I’d just write my own tabbed buttons and ditch the plugin if the two were going to be an issue. It would have just been more convenient to use the existing block.

To test this theory I set about adding the [ticket-submit] and [tickets] shortcodes on a single page – with the intent that I’d use JS + CSS to show / hide what I need to see or don’t.

SAME EXACT ISSUE. So the problem isn’t related to the plugin combination at all but instead it’s a factor of having both shortcodes on the same page (which makes this a heck of a lot easier to reproduce.)

    WORKAROUND

Putting the [tickets] before [ticket-submit] allows the ticket list to at least work. I haven’t yet tested that the submission form is fine this way but it at least would get me working.

    Hi @agrajag42

I apologize for the delay in response. By default, we use submit ticket {ticket-submit} and my tickets {ticket} page. You might need to manage some settings from the back-end to fix this. Please check the following page for help.

If the issue persists, please let me know.
