Problems Validating Live Credentials

    Hello,
    We’re using your free plugin, and We’ve configured DHL express credentials with Test Mode and plugin works fine, but when we configure Live Credentials with “Live Mode” and when I try to “Validate Credentials” through button, shows an error: “Validation Failure: Site ID is wrong”.

    We’ve tested with different live credentials and error continues.

    Here plugins installed and versions over WordPress 4.9.6:

    WPML Multilingual CMS 4.0.1
    Elementor 2.0.15
    Elementor Pro 2.0.10

    WooCommerce Multilingual 4.2.10
    WP-Optimize 2.2.4
    Yoast SEO 7.6.1
    Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights 7.0.6

    Does exist any compatibility issues between free plugin version 2.0.5 and woocommerce 3.4.2?

    Hi,

    There’s no known compatibility issues with our DHL plugin as of now,

    But if you’re trying to validate the test credentials in Live mode it will show error, but if you’re using a valid live credential in live mode it should work fine.

    Please double check if the credentials are valid and live to use in live mode.
