Problems when sharing post to Facebook

When I share http://www.simplyjess.us/2016/04/11/local-healty-poverty/ to facebook, I get a window with the header image for the site and the title of the blog post, instead of being “Eat Local and Be Healthy Under Poverty” with the post’s header image. The title is April 11, 2016 Archives – Simply Jess. The post before it doesn’t have that problem. What’s going on?
