Problems when viewed on iPhone

Since I am Japanese, I will use the translation function to ask questions.
I’m uploading a PDF and using it, but when I view it on my iPhone, it freezes or I can’t turn the page. After various verifications, it is often possible to browse without problems with iOS15, but in many cases it is not possible to browse with iOS16. Can you tell me if there is a way to avoid it by setting the PDF or the plug-in itself?
