Problems with 3.9.1

I am running Photocrati for my website in WP 3.9.1. It worked fine in 3.8 but now it is just a slug of a site…moving at the speed of a snail. I have deactivated all plug-ins and reinstalled one by one, clearing the cache after each. But not luck. I then went and did a manual reload of 3.9.1 and get the following error messages. I do not know if this is the cause of the problem, nor do I know what to do next. Any help would be appreciated:
