Problems with a plugin upload

    Hi,

    We have recently created a free version of our Woocommerce plugin, Customer Conversion tracker, and uploaded it to the directory.

    We are having a few teething issues.

    The problem is when you search for it via the WP dashboard there is no thumbnail for the plugin listing and the author says TBI. How do we resolve this?
