Problems with accent marks

    Hello!
    I have several files with accent mark. I used a shortcode to show all the files in a table, but the names of the files are showing badly.
    For example, this file is showing like this:
    Pol�tica De Calidad Adecco David H
    and should be:
    Política De Calidad Adecco David H
    How can I correct that?
    I appreciate all the help you give me.
