Problems with Add Attendee

    Hi,
    First of all, great feature-rich plugin.

    My question is regarding manually adding attendees in the backend (Add Attendee)
    I have to add attendees to events manually from time to time.
    So far this is only possible when at least one attendee has registered. The action bar is not displayed until then.
    Furthermore, the number of free places remains the same when a attendee is added manually.
    Could this be a bug?
