Are you doing something custom for rendering the metabox? It looks like it’s using a mixture of radio button and checkbox. It has me wondering if this custom code/changes are causing the issue with things not showing/saving like expected.

welcome
Thank you very much for your response and follow-up
I did not make any changes, I just tried to add a new classification and did not appear after publishing the post, I also tried to use the same added categories from the template programmer and import the demo also, you did not work with me, so I am trying to clear all the data and build the settings again and also face the same problem until I tried on both English languages And Arabic, and there is no positive result in both cases. I also try to import the demo again, in order to try the experiment without interference from both sides, but unfortunately every time the import process fails
Note
I apologize for the poor language, because I am not fluent in English and use the Google translation system

Hello again
I just want to be alert to a few things. There are other features that I talked about that are now working after the donation was approved. I naturally did not know that it would work after applying the donation approval process. Only the problem of the categories remains, this is what makes me very upset. I did not leave a method or attempt without resorting to it without success. Unfortunately, I hope to find the solution for you and the posts appear under the categories as normal.
I still have to believe that something unique is going on to render these metaboxes for these taxonomies, because they do not look at all like what WordPress core uses.
For your taxonomy registration, do you have any values saved in the “metabox callback” or “metabox_cb” field? Are you perhaps using something like Advanced Custom Fields?
The output shown in https://www.up-00.com/sxp8bsz1yr27 has me thinking there’s some sort of customization set up to display content as a metabox like that doesn’t come with WordPress core either. Also, just in case, are you sure you’re fetching term data for those spots instead of perhaps post meta?

Yes, my friend, I have disabled all the add-ons, I just kept adding custom-post-type-ui and the work was done well. Surprisingly, I don’t know why that happens. I will try to search for the additive that causes the problem. Just the discussion with you pushed me to define the problem.

A very big problem I found the additive causing the problem a very important addition to the needs of the site we want to create
Addition EF4-Framework
How do I solve this problem my friend?
I don’t have any solutions for you. For what it’s worth, our plugin doesn’t do anything other than help register and make the content types available for use. We don’t do anything specific regarding using the content, which is the issues we’re facing here.
I’m not familiar at all with EF4-Framework so I really can’t speak for it in any capacity.

Sorry for the bad language, knowing that I use the Google translation system
I hope you get things figured out.
