When I finally got in, I had this problem in the media sector of the admin panel: Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\query.php on line 2390
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\query.php on line 2399

Does anyone know how to change this?

    Marie

Your upgrade may not have completed successfully.
    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – re-running the upgrade manually using wp-admin/upgrade.php.

I can upload all files & folders again, but I downloaded the newest version of WP I think, 3.1.3, the Swedish version from the Swedish wp-page. I got the same problem before, when I uploaded 3.1.3 SW on an older version of WP on another server some months ago. Could there be a bug in the system and is there anybody who knows how to fix it? Thanks anyway, I will try some of your suggestions.

    Try installing this:
    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/hotfix/

It solved the same problem I had ! 🙂

    I found the solution at:
