    Hallo,
    I have cancelled the part of “my diary” by my home page and even I have customized the side bar but when I google my website the changes do not appear.
    Which can be the problem?

    Hello, @elisabettacreabitus.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme. We appreciate it.

    The thing is that nothing you do on your website is immediately reflected in Google.
    Google needs to re-crawl your website to find the changes and then to update its database. It might take several days before you see any change in Google, and even longer before the archived version of your pages are updated.

    I have another question.I customize the color of the headings using the google font plugin but I cannot see these colors when I open my website.
    Can you help me?

    I’ve just visited your website @elisabettacreabitus, and I can see that headings are in colour #7b9b4a.

    I suppose that’s what you wanted to achieve?

    Please try to empty your browser’s cache if you don’t see the change yourself.

    Yes, the color is right but I empty my brower’s cache and I cannot see the change yet.
    Moreover I have cancelled the part of My Diary from my home page but it is still there…
    But when I try to customize it from my dashboard it is already cancelled…!

    You’re welcome, @elisabettacreabitus.
    If you use some caching plugin on your Website, try to empty/purge it. Or try from a different browser.

    Sorry, I’ve just re-checked your website and that colour is gone. Everything’s black again.

    You should be able to switch off the “Diary” post by going to Appearance -> Customize -> Large / Highlight Post and switch it off under Show Large / Highlight Post? option.

    Once done, don’t forget to click “Publish” in the top left corner.

    Please let me know if you manage to do it.
