Problems with displaying categories using [productspage] shortcode

Hi!

I have 20 categories. All of them work but one, the category xx which is the parent won’t display, only a blank page with the shortcode [productspage] are shown.

domain.com/products/parent – Does not work
domain.com/products/parent/childcategory – Shows upp correctly

I tried to create a new category and apply subcategories to it but still the same problem mentioned above.

First I thought the problem was the update of WordPress 4.5 but rolling it back didn’t help.

Any ideas where to start?
