Hi. My site works on the divi theme. Problem on the tickets, only the title and the message appear… no “open ticket” button, no “notifications”, no “possible comments”, no “ticket header” etc … just title and message. Can you help me?

We have Divi theme listed as an incompatible theme with Awesome Support. this theme tries to do a lot of things simultaneously but in the process makes little adjustments and mistakes that step on EVERYTHING. While we’ve tried to create a compatibility layer to work with it, every new version creates new issues that are simply impossible to work around. So, while officially we don’t support this theme, we do try to make it work whenever we can. In fact, we use it on this site! Just realize that there MIGHT be some edge cases where we are unable to resolve compatibility issues – at which point you’ll just have to petition the DIVI group for a fix/tweak.`
