    Hi,

I purchased the premium plugin and I am having issues connecting my store. It gives me an error message

Bad Request. We were unable to process the request. A store with the provided ID already exists in the account.

I have changed the Store name which I assume is the ID and I am still getting the same error message.

Also I was told that this plugin supports interest groups. How can I create different forms and link them to different interest groups.

I absolutely need this functionality. Thanks

    Hi Belle,

Does this error occur when you click the “Save store” button or when exactly does the error occur? And did you previously connect your shop with your MailChimp account using another plugin perhaps?

We derive the “store ID” from your site URL, so it looks like your MailChimp account already has a store with that same ID and therefore it is refusing to overwrite it. We can definitely help fix this for you though.

Please note that as you’re a Premium user that you can email us by replying to your purchase receipt. That will guarantee a much faster response time (within the day) as we usually only check the free support forums a few times a week.

    Let us know please!

Hi Danny, thanks for the good plugin, I cannot connect the woocommerce store, I see the message “Want to track all your WooCommerce sales in MailChimp so you can send emails based on the purchases of your subscribers? Upgrade to MailChimp for WordPress Premium or read more about eCommerce360.”

But now Mailchimp give the possibility to connect your store with the free plan as well (I tested in another website with the native mailchimp plugin).

Is there a way to use your plugin to connect the store?

    Thanks
    Omar
