Problems with ELTA Hellenic Post

    Hi @takisdev,

    We updated the ELTA Hellenic Post tracking URL on our default shipping provider list. Please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

    Hi Zorem, all providers has Sync.

    However, the links still point to the old url.
    After synchronization all new urls will point to the new one?
    Will the old urls stay the same?
    If so, is there a way to change (eg from the database) the old ones?

    Yes, After synchronization all new URLs will point to the new one, and also old URLs will point to the new one.

    Zorem,
    Synchronization done, cache cleared but the url remains as it was. (the old one)

    When i am clicking on this url getting

    “Oops, This Page Could Not Be Found!

    is this X mark points to an error about ELTA Hellenic Post? Alla other providers have a V mark..

    I can see that you didn’t synch the providers.
    On the shipping providers list top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers and check again.

    i have already done. This is the third time

    Only the first one have results that ELTA updated..
    Now it returns this

    Soo i think that ok..

    I have a staging site i will try to remove and reinstall the script from the begging again there..
    I will come back with all informations.

    ok found what happend in my staging site.
    You updated ELTA Hellenic, but we are using ELTA Hellenic Post as our order tracking provider.

    I changed to ELTA Hellenic one particular order and the url is correct there!
    To change all the other old url’s i must change to each one the provider now?
    Is this the correct way?

    Yes, you should change the provider to change the url.
