Problems with filter results.

    Hello,

    First, I want to thank you for this amazing plugin, it’s the best I’ve ever seen!

    I’m having problems with the filter in the store, because when I filter anything, it gives a result of 1 product per line, I’ve already tried to solve it and I couldn’t and I resorted here! I already configured it for 4 items per column and even so, only 1 per column appears! Can you help me?

    Hi,

    It looks like you’ve configured 4 columns in your Elementor Widget, but the product filter works based on your theme’s shop template, so if your theme’s shop template is 1 column, then the filter result will be 1 column, so please setup your default shop’s page template to 4 columns.

    This has to be done within your theme’s settings, if it has settings for shop page layout, but for instructions you can contact your theme’s developers, so they can help.

    Hi!

    As you can see in the screenshot, the store is configured for 4 products per column! And even so, the filters are still 1 per column!

    Hi,

    Could you test the filter on your default product archive page (without using elementor to load products)? and let me know how it works there, as it can be a theme-related issue if ajax filtering isn’t working correctly with your theme.
