Problems with form and Paypal: no error message

    Since a few weeks my order form does not work properly. Although all fields are filled in, the form is not sent to Paypal.
    The error always occurs when something was forgotten to fill out and then corrected. when the page is reloaded it usually works.
    i have already deleted the paypal field, saved the form and created it again. but there is no improvement.

    I hope you’re well today!

    The issue is:

    – I fill the form but I make mistake (e.g. put wrong data in a field causing validation issue or do not put some required field)
    – then I try to submit and I got form error
    – I adjust/add incorrect data so all is fine
    – and then when trying to make payment it doesn’t work.

    Is that right?

    If yes, then this is, I’m afraid, a bug in the plugin and our Forminator Team is already aware of it. Our developers are looking into it to include fix in one of upcoming releases (though I don’t have ETA yet).

    For now, I’m afraid, the only way is to reload the page and fill in the form “from scratch” in such cases – if form validates right away “in first go”, payment will work.

    yes, this is exactly the problem and I hope for a quick solution because the problem is not pretty.
    btw: the problem is there first since a few weeks and came through an update. but i can not say with which.

    I’m afraid, at the moment there isn’t any quick fix that could be suggested. Since we have identified this as a bug and we can acknowledge this will be fixed in a future update, I’ll mark it as resolved for now.
