Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
The problem that you are experiencing with our plugin is clearly seen on the screenshot you provided. When you use our payment method (PayPal), it can only succeed, when you use the default PayPal button. On the screenshot, we see that the original WooCommerce button is still showing.
When you select the PayPal payment method, this button should be replaced by our generic PayPal button, but this is not being done. This replacement is done via JavaScript, so I would think that Germanized (or any other plugin) has got some optimize feature included that is blocking the JavaScript from performing its function. You might want to check the settings and see if you can exclude our plugin for these functions or deactivate such feature.
Please let me know if this helps you resolve the issue or if you require additional support.
Kind regards,
Joost
what we basically need, is a simple redirection to the paypal payment site, like it was on the woocommerce standard paypal plugin.
unfortunatelly the standard plugin is not working as it should. it stopped passes some informations like the article name, to our selling mails. this is why we want to use the new plugin ” WooCommerce PayPal Payments“. But as mentioned: we just need a simple plugin that redirects to paypal after hitting the green button seen here: https://postimg.cc/qNKwv1yf
Hello @jenomal
The latest PayPal integrations all integrate the PayPal smart buttons because PayPal wants to provide buyers with a unified payment experience. A full-site redirect to PayPal is only possible with older PayPal integrations, some of which are available here on ww.wp.xz.cn (when searching for PayPal).
Please note that older integrations may be deprecated or no longer actively supported, and the recommendation is to use WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
The Standard Card Button displays an appropriate label when it is set up for one-click payments via Vaulting. Without Vaulting, it doesn’t directly trigger any payments and there is the “Buy now” label is displayed on the actual on the payment button in the iframe below the smart card fields.
For any concerns regarding legal compliance, I suggest contacting the PayPal Merchant Technical Support or a legal professional.
Hopefully this answers your question. Please let me know if you have any additional questions for us.
Kind regards,
Joost
