• Hi friends, last night I installed the plugin and I loved the results, right now it tells me that it has cached 35.96% of my website’s content. BUT I have noticed a problem and that is that my website has stopped showing Google Adsense ads.

I went to the Google Adsense site and it gives me the following message:

Ad serving is currently limited. Review the details of the issue and see recommendations on what you can do next.
Ad serving was limited on Nov 2, 2024. Ad serving in your product has been temporarily limited while we evaluate the quality of your site’s traffic. We will review and automatically update this limit as we monitor your traffic.

Could BerqWP have something to do with this? What can I do?

    Hey Julio,

I just checked your website and I can see that the ads are showing up, so everything appears to be working fine. Regarding the cached content percentage, it should already be at 100%. Please note that BerqWP caches 5 pages per minute in the background, so the cached content percentage increases based on the total number of pages.

    Cheers,
    Hamza

Greetings friend Hamza, I apologize for my lack of knowledge in my initial question; I am not very familiar with this field, and it seemed very strange to me that coincidentally, when I installed BerqWP, my views increased, and Google AdSense sent me that message (which still appears on the AdSense user panel).

Now I have a different issue. I have updated the BerqWP plugin and continued updating my website as I usually do. Generally, I work on my website from a desktop PC and rarely check it from a mobile phone, but this time I reviewed it and noticed that the new posts or publications I make on my website do not appear on the homepage or main page of my site; in other words, it does not update. Although I can see my new posts from, for example, the categories section, they do not show up on the homepage. Today, I published three new posts, and they cannot be seen on the main page, especially when viewed from a mobile phone.

The same thing happened to me yesterday, and when I pressed “Flush cache,” it seemed to fix the issue. However, today, after updating my website, the problem reappeared, and “Flush cache” no longer resolves it. I really like the plugin, but I am concerned that it may continue to cause problems. I look forward to your response, and thank you in advance.

I’m not sure if it’s better to contact you through Appsumo.

    Hey Julio,

We have a dedicated support section for our premium users, which you can access via this link: https://berqwp.com/support/.

I checked your website again and I can see that hosting cache is enabled. You’ll need to clear the hosting cache as well whenever you update a page. If you’re not familiar with this, you can create a support ticket and provide your WordPress login details and I’ll assist you further.

Greetings, Hamza Mairaj, and thank you for the offer. I will go ahead and create the account and send you the account details so that you can assist me.

Indeed, the cache is enabled, but as I mentioned, I noticed that when I create a new post, it doesn’t appear on the main page; this applies to that post and any new posts I continue to create. I must admit I don’t have much technical knowledge about this, and I’m not sure if clearing the hosting cache is the same as when I press “flush cache.”

Update: I now have another issue. I can’t see the BerqWP panel on my WordPress site. Do I need to re-enter the license? I tried re-entering it, but nothing happens. I logged into BergWP.com to verify that the license number is correct, and it is. When I couldn’t find a solution, I revoked my site to start the process from scratch, but to my surprise, nothing changed.

I’ll proceed to open a support ticket and include user data, hoping you can help me resolve this. I really like the plugin, but I didn’t expect to encounter so many issues. Thank you in advance.

Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to adjust or if you need further assistance.
