Hi,

First of all thank you for the nice plugin. However I’m using Google Chrome and the dropdowns are not functioning correctly. If you want to select a value from the dropdown, the dropdown collapses instantly and selects the first choice of the list. I have tried using Firefox and IE and there it works correct.

Can you help please?

Hi Ken,

This is an issue I believe with select2 and the older versions of the library. Do you have another plugin that registers select2 as well? (like ACF).

Could you please check your sourcecode for what version is actually being loaded

Hi Jonathan,

I don’t use the ACF plugin, however several others like CPT UI but I see that select2 is only loaded with your plugin.

/wp-content/plugins/beautiful-taxonomy-filters/public/js/select2/select2.full.min.js?ver=1.2.9′

Hi,

Okay thanks. I’m gonna check if select2 has a newer release out that addresses this issue.
Possibly push out an update with the latest version of select2 lib.
