Problems with Google Plus Badget Plugin from Skipser

Hi Guys,

I want to use the Google Plus Badge from this developer:

But when I activate it I get this message:

I have told this the developer but he doesn’t reply. Maybe he is on vacation or doesn’t get E-Mails or something like that, I don’t know. He was really nice when I talked to him.

Anyway, any ideas how could fix the plugin and get it work?
