Problems with highlighting glossary terms

I’m running the GeneratePress theme.
1) I have a test page with two occurrences of a two-word phrase in the Glossary. The first one is underlined and the tooltip appears. The second one is not underlined and the tooltip does not appear. I have tried to correct the problem: I have checked and unchecked the first-time switch in Settings to no avail. I also played with the Main-page query setting again withsout success.
2) An existing page (built using the page builder plugin Beaver Builder) has an interesting problem. The first occurrence of the test phrase, marked H1, of the phrase has no tooltip; the second, marked p, does.
