problems with installed themes

    when i upload an image it appears above the website an error:

      Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/perez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/menu-image/menu-image.php on line 567

    It seems to be a problem related with the theme but i dont know how can i fix it. Please anyone know how to deal with that?
