• Hi,

I have been using this plugin for almost a month and suddenly I am having problems when using Internet Explorer and IOS (Ipad). No problem with Chrome, Windows Phone and other devices. When using IE and IOS, and Google Maps, the web gets stuck when zooming or clicking on a group of markers. The web is http://www.taspaslive.com. I have tried with Open Street Maps and it works well.

I am definitely going for the pro version in a few days, but this issue is really annoying. May be the update to WordPress 4.2.1?

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

    Congratulations for the excellent plugin!

  • Hi Gerar,

thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately I could not check your site at http://www.taspaslive.com/ – name could not be resolved.

Anyway please be aware that the pro version includes the recent leaflet.js version (“the engine of the plugin”) which has lots of improvements and optimizations in contrast to the version used within the free version – especially for usage on mobile devices. I`d suggest giving it a try with the free 30-days trial and to open a pro support ticket at https://www.mapsmarker.com/helpdesk if the issue is still reproducable…
    best regards,

    Sorry! the website is http://www.tapaslive.com

I am already working with the 30-days trial (excellent!). Hopefully you can check again the website and give me some advice.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
thx for the updated link – now I can access the map (just done with iOS) – anyway I couldnt find any issues: zoomed in successfully manually as well as when clicking on a cluster. If it is still reproducable on your side too, please open a support ticket at https://mapsmarker.com/helpdesk (best with exact steps to reproduce – which cluster to click…) – pro support on ww.wp.xz.cn forums is against the rule, so if there is still an issue, let`s continue your issue within the helpdesk…
    best,
    Robert
