Problems with IRibbon

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Something has hijacked our website and the only thing we have is IRibbon theme. We have disabled and deactivated all plugins just to make sure. There is advertising link text below our header photo that we didn’t put there. We cannot find anything in the theme itself, but something has happened. This is very frustrating for us. We don’t know what to do or how to find it.
