Problems with Jetpack

Hi,

Every time when I try to active jetpack plugin with dyad, I immediately lost the connectivity to the wordpress administration panel. All other plugins are disabled.

I can restore the connection only, if I change the name of the directory jetpack in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack to something else like jetpack1.

Do you have any idea how to debug or solve the problem? I need jetpack to add my logo.
