Problems with Lightbox

I am trying to emulate setup you have for the lightbox demo.

Thumbnails displays OK but when I switch to Lightbox, videos display 1 per line and not in grid formation, titles display separately at the bottom of the page and link goes to fullscreen on YouTube instead of a lightbox display.
