Problems with logging in

Hi, i have a huge problem and now i want to know if anybody has solved this problem before.

I installed wordpress and it was succesfull, but after installation i cant login to the page. If i go from the wp-admin i get the white screen of death so only way is to try with wp-login. But when i insert the username/password i get the “error, cookies should be enabled” message.
The website works, so the problem is with the login.
1. I have tried to install wordpress in 3 different database so that is not the issue.
2. I have tried to install 3 different versions of WordPress and no help there.
3. I have tried every single trick from changing functions.php to disable plugins folder.
