Dear all,

my user do have problems while entering user name and password: They can suddenly enter only one letter.

Checked all settings, deactivated all other plugins. Nothing.

Any ideas?

Try to change your theme to the default one and check again.

Hi @andrewshu,

please excuse me late reply.

Following your suggestion and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Three but problems keep the same. Checked it in Chrome also in Firefox, both the same…

Interestig fact: You can copy and paste your username and password but not enter manually.

Any more ideas?

Hi @andrewshu,

I’ve checked everything twice and finally found the problem causing plugin: SiteOrigin.

So thanks at all, will change the status to solved.
