    Hello,

I made an embed and popup on Husle, connecting it top MailPoet. The embed was some time ago, and the connection with MailPoet did work.

Today I created a popup and also want to have an integration with MailPoet on the same list.

So I pressed the plus to select connection and the fields in the popup editor. After saving, the plus mark is still there instead of the gear wheel I saw at the integration. Tried it several times, but did not work.

So I disconnected MailPoet alltogether and reconnected it. Now in the embed form editor it is the same error, also still in the Popupeditor.

So now, only the local connection works and Mailpoet doesn’t.

    Can you help?

    Hi @mwilbers

    I hope you’re well today!

There’s, unfortunately, a bug in recent version of Hustle that causes this. The existing integration (until removed) would work but that’s it, I’m afraid.

Our developers are already aware of it and they are working on a fix which – if it passes all the QA testes successfully – is expected to be included in upcoming update.

As a workaround for now, please consider rolling-back to previous release and you should be able to set up integration again (for both your popups). You can download previous release from this page (drop-down list at the very bottom):

Sadly the previous versions (I went down to 7.4.0) have the same issue with me. Below 7.4 does not have MailPoet implemented.

I seem to have found some sort of workaround. In my opt-in form I use 3 fields, email, which is standard, first name and family name. When I assign these fields to the Mailpoet list fields I can close the popup window and return to the editor. But the plus remains – as said – behind the Meilpoet line and no connection has been made.

When however I don’t assign the first and family name and only press okay because the email is already assigned, the connection seems to work and a little gear wheel is behind the mailpoet line.

When I press the gear wheel and go through the assignments again, but now do select the first and family name, the connection seems to work.

    Hi @mwilbers

    Thank you for the information.

The fix is coming in 7.4.7 which is the upcoming version, but could you please try to replicate the issue, when it happens click on the right button of mouse > inspect and open the browser console?

Verify if there is any JavaScript issue, https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console if so, please take a screenshot, upload on Google drive and share it here, I am wondering if it is the same issue for that specific fix or any JS error.

    Best Regards
