    HEllo,
    I have a problem with menu on my webpage institutschematerapie.sk. Please check how weird it looks. It looks like the menu is from MS Word office. We using elementor for design, and when I checked my page in Elementor, it looks normal. I uninstalled the wpbakery page buider before and optimaze my page using WP optimeze and also actualized some plugins and this happend.I haven’t this problem before, I don’t know, what happend. We tried to change theme, or re-install the theme, but it doesn’t help! The page looks like total mess, please, could you help us?

    I am sorry, I forget to say, that the whole page looks totaly different, I uninstalled one more plugin from my page before this happend but I forgot the name…but my others websites don’t have this problems….I am using teme Medix from themeforest

    Hi,

    I´d disable wp optimize or any cache plugin first. It is wiser to enable any cache plugin once your website is finished.

    Also if you use any page builder like Elementor, it uses shortcodes that only are understood by Elementor. If you use another page builder those shortcodes won´t work and your pages won´t be seen, you will have to start again. So you will have to choose which page builder works better with your theme. I´d recommend you ask your theme support first for advice in case it´s your first time building a site with this theme.
