Problems with my website

I want to delete these w3 total cache on my website http://www.balivakantievilla.nl because i can not edit any page anymore and my sliders are not working on http://www.balivakantievilla.nl/prijzen/

I deleted the plugin on my wordpress and still the source code give me:
