Hello. I used one of the default WordPress themes for my website, but I decided to use Elemenskit to change the menu and footer. However, I wanted to go back to the WordPress theme and deactivated Elemenskit, but now my website is unformatted (as shown in the image). I don’t know how to fix this (or what happened) and would like some help… 🙂

    Dear @talioutof,

Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.

I have inspected your website at this URL: https://foradazonadeconforto.com/, and it appears that the menu is now displaying correctly. For clarification, please refer to this screenshot: View Screenshot.

Previously, it seems you were using the ElementsKit menu. If you intend to use the ElementsKit menu again, please ensure that the Mega Menu Builder module is enabled. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: Enable Mega Menu Builder. I hope this clarifies the situation.

If there are any details I may have overlooked from your perspective, please provide them in detail. A video demonstration would greatly assist in ensuring thorough understanding and expediting the resolution process. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are sincerely appreciated.

Looking forward to your response. We’re always here to help you.

    Best Regards,
    Reju
