[Plugin: openid] Problems with OpenID delegation

    I want to the domains where I run WordPress as my OpenIDs, a feature that the OpenId plug-in supports. It worked for some of my installations and not others.

    It turns out that the plug-in won’t add the markup if the WordPress user I choose as “the domain” has a delegate OpenID itself. If that field on the user page is filled in, there are no link elements in the front page. Remove it, and the link elements appear.

    I want the information in the user’s delegate field to show up in the front page if it’s populated. Is this a bug that it doesn’t, or is there a reason the plugin prevents this? If using the delegate field info is “wrong”, should it at least leave the standard link elements in the front page?
