are you sure it is the pagebuilder plugin? I mean did you deactivate the plugin and then the map showed up properly?
Can you please also post the URL to the page builder plugin as there are several available in the repository with page builder in the title.

Yes I am sure, because it works on ordinary page with all other plugins on the site, when I disabled page builder. I opened theme in their support area, linking to this one:

the pagebuilder plugin changes the way javascripts are loaded and as a results maps are broken.
To fix this, please navigate to settings / misc / “general settings” and set the option “Where to include Javscript files on Frontend?” to “header (+inline javascript)”.
The next release will include a new compatiblity check if this plugin is active and show and admin notice with that workaround…

Thanks for the quick solution. However, I uninstalled Page builder (because i did not expect fix so soon) and proceeded without it.
But it will be helpful in the future, I am sure of it.
One other thing I wonder about – is it possible in free plugin to make map with one marker, but to position map in a way that it is shown in the corner of the map (not centred in the middle of the map)?
There are times when you would like to show other thins close to the marker, but you have limited space on page, s solution is to move marker a bit in a side.

Interesting thing is that this appears on Google maps only, Bing maps are working without problem.
And, It is working OK in Opera 12.16, but in recent Chrome, Chromium, Firefox problem is here (I use Linux Mint 17). When you zoom map a little, map shows fully.
I tried positioning JS in header like you suggested, but it does not help.
Not big deal at the moment, I will use Bing maps, but I thought you might want to know about it.

marker maps are always centered on the marker position, if you want to center the map somewhere else, you have to create a layer map and add that marker to that layer map.
regarding shortcodes ultimate plugin: yes, this is an issue – maps are not displayed properly if they are loaded on a page but in a hidden div or tab for example. For jquery ui tabs I added a workaround to reload maps when tab is switched. I will check if this is possible with that plugin too.
Positioning JS in the header will not solve this issue anyway, sorry.

Thanks Robert, I thought about unig Bootstrap tabs here, but shortcodes bundle is very practical to use because you can use it for many small page modifications and enchantments. It would be great if your Maps plugin would work with it 100% too. Any chance that you will deal with this compatibility soon?

will have a look at it soon, but I am not very optimistic about proprietary tab solutions, as those – in contrast to jquery ui tabs – do not fire any events on tab switch for example, which I could use as a trigger to reload the map.

can you please explain the changes you made more in detail? you switched to a tab solution which used jquery ui tabs? If yes and map still shows not up, can you please follow the steps from mapsmarker.com/readme-first and then let me know the results (including a URL to a map?)

thank you for the reply. read all those sources, i disabled all plugins (still Map not working). i put the shortcode [mapsmarker marker=”1″] in Page Builder Page and the map doesn’t work. i put the shortcode in basic wordpress made Page and the Map displays correctly. (i disabled all plugins except Page Builder, Leaflet Maps, Black Studio Tiny MCE because i thought disabling might destroy the Pages i’ve already created. my site is finished except for the Map).
finding the Map not working i searched and only found your above post which is the only change i made. but as i remember this was already the default setting.

ps. in the last month i’ve been seeing this message display on a number of sites of mine but it doesn’t seem to hurt any, and the message goes away on refresh. i did see this message on the Map site after i Reactivated all the plugins.

As Page Builder is a very complex plugin, I wonder if you could also provide a screenshot of exactly where you put the mapsmarker shortcode.
regarding “The following plugins might cause (open graph) issues with Yoast WordPress SEO: Add Meta Tags”: this is not a warning message by my plugin, but from Yoast´s SEO plugin I guess – it is rather unlikely that this message affects the map not showing-error…

I could reproduce the issue on my server – it seems that the page builder plugin has changed and setting my option “where to insert javascript” to header+inline-javascript does not work anymore for getting maps within page builder content to display.
I could not find a quick fix for this issue, so I opened a ticket at the page builder git repository: https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-panels/issues/14
