Problems with personalizing topic

    When I want to customize the theme, that is, when I go to access the customize.php file. I get an error screen “Internal Server Error”.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled topic. The error persists.

    How I can fix it?

    Have you ever activated the theme before?

    What version are you using?

    Yes, It’s activated. In fact I make changes from “Topic Options”.

    ok so yes your supposed to use “theme options” to customize.

    If your customizer page isn’t working try deactivating plugins.

    I only have two activated plugins:
    Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit
    and
    WooCommerce

    I’ve turned off and the Virtue / Pinnacle Toolkit plugin and still the same.

    Can it be that there is a problem with your Hosting? The web’s have in GoDaddy

    It could, could be that your using an older version of php or that you have a really low max memory setting in your php. You can contact your host and see if they can help you.
