Can you just reach out without any attachment?
[email protected]
Ok i have just sent a simple test email.
My donain is glowtec.co.uk please check if is being blocked.
Just sent from a different email address just in case π
I too am having problems with the Pinterest formatted feed. I’ve tried both XML and CSV, both of which Pinterest states are acceptable. But Pinterest rejects the feed as unsupported.
The only way I have been able to get it to work is to generate a CSV feed, download the file, and upload it into a separate directory as a static file… which of course defeats the purpose of the feed.
Any suggestions?
Also, the feed typically only includes the first 100 or so products, not the entire catalog. I’m using the free version, is that corrected when I purchase the Elite? I certainly don’t want to purchase it if it’s limited to just 100 or so product items.
Thanks.
Hi jdstiegman,
Pinterest support just send the following to another user with the same issue.
Our plugin is currently supporting the catalogs feed and is not supporting the RSS feed (it will be in 2-4 weeks).
Catalogs is a feature which allows you to easily upload your product catalog, organize your products, and allow Pinners to discover and shop your content.
RSS feed is a feature through which you can auto-publish Pins.

Our free version of the plugin does not have any limitation to the amount of products you want to put in your feed. There can be other reasons why your feed has less products then expected, see this tutorial: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
All the best,
Eva
Hi Support.
I made a screenshot of the plugin showing no Pinterest option as discussed.

Please confirm that you have received this as nothing seems to reach you :-0(
Kind regards.
Mike
Hi Mike,
It shows fine for us (for the UK), see:

Please try to de-active and re-activate our plugin (do not delete it as you will lose your configured feeds) it will force the plugin to reload all templates.
Best,
Eva
That isn’t very helpful :-0( We have modified the plugin its exactly as supplied.
Saying it works OK for you really doesn’t come across as very professional.
I have sent proof of the problem, how about we try and fix it?
Regards
Mike
Have you tried what we suggested in our last reply? You did not respond to it.
“Please try to de-active and re-activate our plugin (do not delete it as you will lose your configured feeds) it will force the plugin to reload all templates.”
Regards,
Eva
Thats done it :-0)

Thank you.
