Problems with plugin

Plugin is activated OK. But when I want to add file, it is not downloading. Progress bar is gray. When i click on “x”, it is only writing “deleting…”. But in fact photo is not deleting. Is this problem may be connected with WordPress version 4.9? Should i update my WordPress? Or may by it is something other?
