Problems with post page

So, I have a big problem where items go over the post boxes so I can’t see what I’m writing.

There also used to be a scroll bar on the side of the page before the toolbar.

Everything was fine 2 days ago and all of a sudden this happened and I got no clue why. I haven’t changed anything or updated anything so I’m really clueless on what to do or what even happened to my wordpress system.
