Problems with post title in admin page.

    Check your wp_ratings table to see if it is UTF-8?

    It’s being created in latin1_swedish_ci, then i go to phpmyadmin, change it to utf8_general_ci and put some ratings.
    Nothing changes – new ratings as well as old ones are full of ????.

    Try running this query
    ALTER TABLE wp_ratings MODIFYrating_posttitletext CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL;

    This should fix it.
