problems with Ready Back up

Suddenly during posting a new post I did not have a publication button instead it was send to.(inzenden voor beoordeling).
So I was trying to get the page changed. I was not able to restore back up or to download because I had a red cross What can I do now.
There are no files so I could not make a back up.
