Problems with Rescan

Hi guys!

Maybe this question has already been posted but I can’t find anything helpful for me. I am trying to Rescan language files and after couple of minutes and files scanned I get an error saying Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Can someone explain what this is all about?
