Restoration process of our plugin was cancelled by your web server due to browser checking security step.
As it does not look like you’re using Cloudflare I believe it’s part of your hosting provider firewall, you need to either whitelist yourself or disable it temporarily for the time of restoration.
It seem to be something that block suspicious requests/bots or just limits amount of requests per specific time, during restoration you send a lot of requests to the server, so it could happen.
This is the error message caught by our plugin, which may help:

Once you disable this request limiter restoration should work with your current settings.
