Problems with Search Products Pro

    Hello,

    Unfortunately I have problems with Search Products Pro.
    I have included the search on the domain http://www.my-bitcoinshop.com.
    Works great so far.

    There are two things that I noticed:

    – The positioning of the search results is not correct
    The first search result is no longer visible

    – And the main navigation is above the search result
    If you click here unintentionally on a point of the navigation, you don’t get to the search result.

    Does anyone here have a solution?
    I have already contacted the support 3 times.
    Unfortunately I do not get an answer.

    Hello Margaret,

    Thank you very much for your reply.
    OK – I understand.

    I have already sent 5 (!!) emails to the plugin manufacturer. There is just no answer, no email, no support – EVER!!! Like the manufacturer just doesn’t exist anymore. What else should I do – go there with the car?!

    I just want my money back!
    I’m still trying to open a ticket through the link you provided.

    I appreciate it very much.

    Unfortunately, no one from “Product Search Pro” is getting back to me.
    I will ask for the money back and buy another plugin.
