Problems with second payments

    We currently have the following problem:

    We are using the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce Plugin and also offer Deposits by using the Webtomizer Deposit Plugin.

    When customers want to pay the second payment in the customer account, they face the problem, that the stripe form is not loading as expected – the following error is shown in the browser console:

    [Error] Blocked a frame with origin “https://js.stripe.com” from accessing a frame with origin “https://website.adress.tld”. Protocols, domains, and ports must match. (x4)

    Hi @vrudko

    I don’t think that console notice is the reason the card form isn’t rendering. Are you able to share a link where this behavior can be observed?

    Does your deposit plugin control the rendering of the page where customers make their second payment?

    Hi @vrudko

    If you go to the Support page within the Stripe plugin you can create a support ticket which is preferable to Slack.

    Did you manage to resolve this? We are finding customers complaining, moreso on mobile that they are having the following error “Could not retrieve elements store due to unexpected error”
