Problems with Shortcode

I’m trying desperately to get a simple shortcode to work. I simply want a slider with no arrows or navigation, to start at the same place each time and end at the same place each time. I have 7 sides and only one transition. What am I missing? Or what do I have wrong?

I have major probems with the NextGen order as it seems to do what it wants. No rhyme or reason.

Would truly appreciate some help.
